Electronic Arts, through its official forum, has announced that it is aware of the problems encountered with Division 1 and 2 of the online seasons of the FIFA 18 Ultimate Team mode.
The problem in question causes a crash of the game and does not allow you to re-enter the Ultimate Team mode. It all comes at a time when you get the promotion from division 2 to division 1 or when you win the title of division 1 or you win relegation fight in the same series.
The phenomenon occurs when the system tries to unlock access to the FUT Champions Weekend League which has now ended for this season.
The technicians are working to solve the problem in the shortest time possible. Updates will follow when and if they become available.
