Here are some steps and tools to help find your missing FIFA Ultimate Team Items, Players, Coins, or Points.
If you’re missing Items from your FUT, keep this stuff in mind:
EA will never ask for your account info through the Xbox or PlayStation messaging system.
FUT Draft Token
Got disconnected and/or lost your access to FUT Draft? Use the Draft Token request tool to get back in to Draft mode.
FIFA Points
Did you buy FIFA Points and never get them? First try logging out of FUT and logging back in again. Sometimes the Points will be stuck, and logging back in will help them come through to your account.
If you still don’t have them, we’re going to need some information from you to help investigate. We’ll need:

- your persona name (ID, PlayStation™ Network Online ID, Xbox Live gamertag) where
- you’re missing your Points
- the date you bought the Points
- how many Points you’re missing
- any other details about your issue.
Items, Coins, and players
Did you just buy or sell something in the Transfer Market? Keep in mind that it can take up to 48-hours before you see your Trade Pile or Watch List Items.
Did you submit players in a Squad Building Challenge (SBC)? When you submit players in SBCs, they’re permanently removed from your Club in exchange for rewards.
Get this stuff ready before you connect with an EA Advisor:
- Your persona name (ID, PlayStation™ Network Online ID, Xbox Live gamertag) where you’re missing your stuff.
- The date your stuff went missing.
- How the Coins or Items were lost: during an Auction, from your Trade Pile, never got a Reward, or disappeared when you logged in?
- Missing Items description: How many Coins are you missing? What players or Items are you missing?
- Any other details about your issue.

As indicated in the in-game message the players once used in the SBC cannot be recovered.
