Indefinite maintenance has now begun to prepare for the launch of the new Ultimate Team mode Web App for the EA Sports FC 24 football simulator. September 13th, 10:10 am – EA is investigating reports of some players being unable to start matches in FIFA Ultimate Team, open pack, or use the FUT store and will provide an update when available.

May 4th 1:00 pm – There are connectivity issues that are preventing players from logging into FUT. The reported error is “An Error occurred downloading the FUT Squad Update.” We will update you as soon as we have further news.
May 4th 10:55 am – EA Sports is aware of connectivity issues affecting the servers hosting FIFA 23 and the FIFA 23 Ultimate Team mode. Technicians are working to restore service as quickly as possible. Further updates will be provided as and when they become available.

September 22nd 8:45 am – There are issues logging into the Web App. The following warning is displayed: “It looks like your EA Account doesn’t have a FUT 23 Club. Before we keep going, make sure you’re logged in with the right account. In order to use the FIFA Companion App or Web App, you will need to create a FUT 23 Club on your Console or PC“.
