EA Sports has announced a new event linked to the Ones To Watch ( OTW ) special cards that we will find in the packs of the popular FIFA 21 Ultimate Team ( FUT 21 ) mode starting on Friday 9 October.
Get into FIFA 21 before the end of October 9th and you’ll boost your squad in FUT with a Deadline Day pack featuring live Ones To Watch Loan Items for some of the summer’s biggest transfers!
Who is eligible for the offer?
The Deadline Day offer is available to all players on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (including EA Play Pro Members) who log in to the full version of FIFA 21 by October 9, 2020 at 11:59PM PT. A pre-order is not required for this offer, but you will still receive any relevant pre-order bonuses if you’ve pre-ordered. The offer excludes the EA Play Trial version of FIFA 21.
Which Ones to Watch Loan Players can I pack?
If you open your pack while the first Ones To Watch squad is in packs (October 9 – October 16), you will receive four players from that squad. If you open your pack while the second Ones To Watch squad is in packs (October 16 – October 21), you will receive four players from the second squad. If you open your pack after October 21 at 10am PT you will receive four players from a mix of the first and second squads.
Will the Ones To Watch Loan Items upgrade?
Yes, the Ones To Watch Loan Items are live items that dynamically upgrade in the same way as regular Ones To Watch Items when players qualify for an upgrade via performance-based in-forms.
How many games will the Ones To Watch Loan Items be playable for?
The Ones To Watch Loan Items will be available for four FUT matches which you can use throughout the season across FUT.
