EA Sportsโ€™ Vice President and General Manager, Nick Wlodyka, made some statements about Career Mode to the well-known Goal.com portal.

According to what has been declared, it seems that the Canadian software house has invested many of the resources available to develop the new career mode that we will find in the new chapter of the FIFA 21 football simulator.

The intention of Electronic Arts is to make available to fans many new features within this mode so they can control the club in a more precise way and give the opportunity to perform many more actions at the management level unlike previous chapters.

โ€œCareer Mode is a really important one for this year,โ€ Nick Wlodyka says. โ€œWeโ€™ve had so much feedback over the last few years from our players wanting to see more things that they can control within Career Mode. Weโ€™ve listened to what they want to be able to, things that they havenโ€™t been able to do in the past.โ€

โ€œWeโ€™ve really made our biggest investments that weโ€™ve ever had in Career Mode to ensure that weโ€™re delivering against exactly what our players are asking for. Every year we really look at things like, โ€œOkay, what do our players really want? What are the things that theyโ€™re asking for?โ€ โ€œWe look at the data, thatโ€™s an important piece, just to understand: what are they playing or not playing?โ€œ

Nick Wlodyka added that some of the resources have also been devoted to developing the gameplay and that the community will be very happy with it.

โ€œGameplay is obviously the foundation of the entire experience. Weโ€™ve done some really neat things there that I think our players will be excited about.โ€

We just have to wait for the release of the various FIFA 21 Pitch Notes, to ascertain the goodness of the declarations issued by the General Manager.
