EA Sports, through its official website, has disclosed some guidelines on the market area of the new Web App and the new Companion App of the popular FIFA 21 Ultimate Team mode.
Learn how to gain access to the Transfer Market and find out what to do if you can’t. To have a fair Transfer Market experience for everyone, we need to make sure all players are playing by our rules.
Playing FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) normally should unlock access to the Transfer Market on Web App and Companion App. Because FUT changes from year to year, how you unlock access to the Transfer Market may also change.
Transfer Market access is a privilege for our players. If you break our rules, you risk losing access to the Transfer Market on the Web or Companion Apps. Not abiding by the rules may also jeopardize your ability to access the Transfer Market in-game from your console or PC.
How unlock transfer market?
Why don’t I have access to the Transfer Market?
1. Your account has not earned access to the Transfer Market on the Web and Companion apps yet
Continue playing FUT on your platform to unlock access to the Transfer Market.
This message means to keep playing FUT and following our rules. Once you’ve started playing on your platform, you’ll get an update to your status in the Transfer Market. That means you’ll either gain access to the Transfer Market, or you’ll see a different message letting you know why you still can’t access it. Read on for reasons your access to the Transfer Market may still be restricted.
2. Your account has been blocked from using the Transfer Market on the Web and Companion apps due to breaking our rules
You can still use the Transfer Market on your platform. Check the email associated with your EA Account for more information.

I’ve been playing fifa21 for almost 2 months now. I’ve played so many games and my transfer market on companion app is still locked. I don’t understand why i didn’t break the rules or anything help plz
You need to contact Help EA and they will resolve the situation. Here is the link: https://help.ea.com/
Contacrkng support will not help. They only tell you to play more. The won’t answer what you should play, for how long or how. Just “play more”.
Not having access is a big disadvantage. So much that I soon don’t bother playing the game anymore.
