EA Sports, through the game menus, has confirmed also for this year the Pre-Season event which will start on August 19th. This event, like last year, will allow you to earn Rewards for FUT 23 by playing in FUT 22.

Play FUT 22, Earn Rewards in 22 & FUT 23
Players will have the opportunity to unlock rewards in FUT 23 throughout Pre-Season in FUT 22, including Packs, Consumables, Player Loan Items and more.
From the released image, it seems to confirm the presence of a Best Of of the best FUT 22 cards in the packs. We will update in case of further details.
