With the release of Electronic Arts’ football simulator database every year, some players express their discontent either through social media or through videos. This time, it was the former captain of the Brazilian national team and Chelsea, Thiago Silva.
During a promotional video for EA Sports FC 24 published on the Premier League’s YouTube channel, the Brazilian defender got to see the overall rating and stats of the card that will appear in the official database of the Ultimate Team mode, and his reaction wasn’t very positive.
Thiago Silva humorously remarked, “Perhaps the game developers don’t watch the matches, or if they do, they cover their eyes.” You can watch the entire interview in the attached video below.
The Brazilian defender also mentioned that it’s true he should improve his offensive skills, but defensively, he considers himself quite satisfied with his performances on the pitch.
In recent days, the Canadian software company has also revealed some player ratings for the popular Ultimate Team mode. The ratings for the Bundesliga, which includes English forward Harry Kane and German midfielder Jamal Musiala, the ratings for the Roshn Saudi League, featuring Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar, Benzema, and Kante, as well as the ratings for LaLiga, which includes Vinicius Jr., Lewandowski, Modric, De Jong, and many other world-class players.
