With a press release published on the official FIFA website, the release of FIFA 23 has been confirmed, which will still be produced under license by EA Sports.
As usually happens, the new chapter of the Canadian software house’s football simulator will be available between the end of September and the beginning of October.
Among these companies, there is probably also EA Sports which has a contract in place until the end of 2022 with FIFA and which will not miss the opportunity to produce content for the popular Ultimate Team mode, or to release a DLC to theme or even a completely new game dedicated to the world of Qatar 2022.
As well as launching a portfolio of new games during 2022 and 2023, FIFA is currently engaging with leading game publishers, media companies and investors in regard to the development of a major new FIFA simulation football game title for 2024.
Gianni Infantino, FIFA President, said: “I can assure you that the only authentic, real game that has the FIFA name will be the best one available for gamers and football fans. The FIFA name is the only global, original title. FIFA 23, FIFA 24, FIFA 25 and FIFA 26, and so on – the constant is the FIFA name and it will remain forever and remain THE BEST.”
