EA Sports, through an information note, has disclosed all the useful details for the transfer of FIFA Points from the FIFA 20 Ultimate Team mode to the FIFA 21 Ultimate Team mode.
“For those wondering, yes, you will be be able to perform a one-time FIFA Points transfer from FIFA 20 to FIFA 21.“
Below is the full note that explains in detail how this procedure can be carried out and by what date it must be completed. We remind you that in the store of the well-known Instant-Gaming site various promotions are available for FIFA Points of the FIFA 20 Ultimate Team mode.
You can’t transfer your FIFA Points from FIFA 20 to 21 using the FUT Web or Mobile Companion apps. Log in to FIFA 21 on your console or PC to transfer your FIFA Points, then you’ll see them on the apps.
The earliest you can transfer your FIFA Points is during the EA Play, the EA Play Pro, or when you first log in to FIFA 21 once you have the full game.
The first time you log in, you’ll see a pop-up that gives you the option to transfer your Points.
- You can only transfer FIFA Points from FIFA 20 to FIFA 21 on the same console.
- For example, you can transfer FIFA Points from FIFA 20 to FIFA 21 on Xbox One, but you can’t transfer your Points from FIFA 20 on Xbox One to FIFA 21 on PlayStation 4.
- The transfer is not reversible. You can’t move FIFA Points back to FIFA 20 once you transfer them.
- This is still the case if you’re an EA Access member. If you play FIFA 21 on EA Access and transfer your Points but don’t buy the full game, you won’t get your points back on FIFA 20.
WHAT DOESN’T TRANSFER IN FUT?
FIFA Points are the only thing that transfer from one year of FUT to the next. You’ll start over with everything else in FUT, like your Coin balance and Items, in FIFA 21.
