A reel posted on the official EA Sports FC UK profile announced that some Premier League players have received a new face scan, and that this update will be available from day one of EA FC 27.
The short video shows some of the players who play for clubs competing in one of the world’s most spectacular and competitive leagues.
Players from Liverpool, Chelsea, and Newcastle can be seen undergoing face scans while showing different facial expressions or having their full body scanned while celebrating.
There were, of course, also some hilarious moments during the process, showing that the players are happy to take part in these sessions, as they know they will later be able to see their in-game counterparts in Electronic Arts’ new football simulator.
As of today, the Canadian software company has released in-depth Deep Dives covering Gameplay, Career Mode, the popular Ultimate Team mode, and the new The Grounds open world.
In recent weeks, the company also officially announced the list of licensed leagues and all licensed cups that will be available at launch in EA Sports FC 27.

During July, Electronic Arts also revealed important details regarding the pre-order bonuses for all editions of the new football simulator, including the introduction of the Ultimate Plus edition.
